Remote access through the relay is optional: it runs over TLS and stores nothing, though it can read the messages it routes - leave it off, or use your own API key, and the relay is not involved at all. The app itself sends no telemetry and stores nothing in the cloud. Our websites use Google Analytics for page-view measurement, with your consent; the app does not.
