Open Notes in the Foxl app and start a recording. The transcript panel fills in as people speak, with each speaker labelled - rename one and it updates everywhere.
Ask while it runs
The AI panel is live during the meeting, not only after it. Summarize what has been said so far, pull the action items out, or ask a question about something said ten minutes ago.

Every note auto-saves to a folder you pick, as .docx or Markdown. The transcript can be sent into the note, and the whole thing stays a file on your own disk.

Streaming transcription with automatic speaker labels - words land as they are spoken, and you can rename a speaker once to fix it everywhere.
Summaries, action items, decisions
One tap turns the transcript into a summary, action items, key points, decisions, open issues or draft minutes. Ask a follow-up question about the meeting while it is still running.
Cloud or fully local
Use AWS Transcribe for accuracy, or switch to the local Qwen3-ASR model so the audio never leaves the machine. Same interface either way.
A real editor, not a text box
Headings, tables, task lists and code blocks, with every note auto-saved as .docx or Markdown to a folder you choose.
Ten interface languages
Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish, with the spoken language detected rather than configured.
Notes stay on your machine
Audio is transcribed as it streams and is not kept as a recording on our servers. Notes are files on your disk, and the model you summarize with is whichever one your Foxl account already uses.
