One person reads this, usually within a day. Write in English or Korean. If you are reporting something broken, the version number from Settings and what you did just before it happened are the two things that save a round trip.
Community
Discord is faster than email, because other people are there. Use it for questions about how something works. Use email for anything about your own account.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time - Settings, then Account, then Delete my account. That removes your conversations, notes and tasks with it. Email us if you would rather we did it for you, or if you want a copy of your data first.
Reporting a message or a person
In team chat, any message from another person can be reported or blocked from the same menu - long-press the message on a phone, or use the ... button. Blocked accounts are listed under Settings, then Account, and can be unblocked there. Email us if a report needs a human to look at it.
